Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: San Francisco, CA

Work on large tech initiatives in a fast paced environment, projects will include infrastructure and information security efforts supporting overall security compliance and implementation of strategic information security needs

Work closely with employees, contractors and vendor teams and hold them accountable for delivery by identifying interdependencies and clearly developing, communicating and implementing project plans supporting successful, timely project delivery

Work with Security/Infrastructure Engineers, Technology Delivery Managers, Vendors and Developers in a cohesive, efficient manner to build strong team alliances and execution

Develop status reports, control project scope and economics, support change management, manage and supports issue, risk, and conflict resolution.

Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between technical teamsDemonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.

Were excited about you if you have:At least 3 years of Project Management experience, with emphasis in Information technology domain, emphasis in Network/Info Sec initiativesAgile project experience as well as other project methodology experience

Strong project management, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to work with various levels of the organization

Strong business analytical skills Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams

Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative working rapport among multiple partners

Thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and client service-oriented Knowledge of project/demand planning tools with evidence of practical application (e.g. MS Office, Jira, Innotas, SmartSheet, Planview, etc.)Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
