Position: Microsoft 365 Expert (Digital Transformation Lead)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Expert (a true Digital Guru) to lead digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This is a high-impact role for a visionary technologist who can translate complex solutions into clear, compelling strategies across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage digital transformation projects that align with strategic goals

Leverage expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot to design innovative solutions

Deliver engaging presentations and demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Identify and drive opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement

Foster digital literacy and tool adoption across departments

Stay ahead of trends in Microsoft ecosystems to ensure future-ready solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Proven experience in digital transformation using Microsoft technologies

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)

Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills

Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Track record of managing and delivering successful projects

Proactive problem solver with strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, or advanced technical certifications)

Experience in a fast-paced or enterprise environment

Local candidates are highly preferred due to the hybrid nature of the role (3 days onsite in Detroit).
