We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce.com Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, Omni-Channel, Data Cloud, and CTI integrations, with the ability to drive best practices and mentor other developers on the team.
Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models and system configurations
Customize and configure the Salesforce.com platform to meet business needs
Design and develop high-performance Lightning Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Visualforce pages
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agent Console, MuleSoft, Lightning Web Components, and Apex
Translate functional requirements into well-architected technical solutions
Guide the development of test classes to ensure 90%+ code coverage
Implement and maintain automated testing, perform bug fixing, and manage production deployments
Troubleshoot and debug issues, aligning with business needs and technical standards
Suggest and implement improved solutions to existing technical challenges
Keep current with emerging Salesforce technologies
Provide implementation guidance for CTI integrations and contact center solutions.
7+ years of hands-on core development experience in Salesforce.com
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, including Lightning Components, Events, and Page Templates
5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Process Flows
2+ years of experience with MuleSoft
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and complex integrations
Proven experience administering Salesforce Omni-Channel (routing, queues, user management, security, etc.)
Experience designing and developing custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and email alerts
Strong experience integrating external systems with Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to build customer-facing interfaces
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver clear technical solutions.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Angular or React applications
Experience with Open CTI and Service Cloud implementations
Background in enterprise software development and large-scale application architecture
UX/UI integration knowledge with Salesforce platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members
