Duties:

  • Install/upgrade/manage ServiceNow modules as needed.Provide ServiceNow consultation expertise for all departments, particularly when new systems or major changes to existing systems or processes are contemplated.Install/upgrade/manage all four ServiceNow instances at the financial services institution.
  • Install/upgrade/manage APIs for the various systems that interact with ServiceNow.
  • Investigate, respond to, and follow through on possible and actual ServiceNow issues
  • Perform reviews of existing ServiceNow workflows to ensure that they are effective and efficient.Work with IT and the business to create ServiceNow automation workflows.
  • Review exiting Playbooks to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
  • Work with IT to create Playbooks.
  • Provide user training in the use of ServiceNow.
  • Attend ServiceNow conferences and stay abreast of the latest developments of Service
  • Now.Be the ServiceNow champion at the financial services institution.
  • Perform ServiceNow tasks and other projects as requested by Manager, Security Operations.
  • Primary contact with IT Divisions and business departments using ServiceNow.
  • Contact with ServiceNow directly and ServiceNow third party support personnel.
