Interview Type: Skype/ Webcam_ _ 60 months of experience with managing project costs, establishing/maintaining project schedule, establishing/managing risk management strategy, and status reporting. _ 60 months of experience with planning and managing IT applications or multiple business area data integration projects. 

36 months of experience with managing information technology project(s) that utilizes a waterfall development methodology. 

36 months of experience with managing information technology project(s) which utilize iterative or agile development methodologies. 

48 months of direct experience with managing systems integration projects involving Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). _ 36 months of direct public health, health-related IT projects. 

36 months experience with managing projects involving multiple, diverse stakeholders or business areas.

12 months as a certified project manager professional (i.e, PMP certification) 

60 months of experience managing projects involving two or more technology teams.

Perinatal Health Information Technology Initiative (PHITI)_ The Perinatal Health Information Initiative aims to develop a technology infrastructure that supports perinatal risk identification, assessment and referral, and facilitates information sharing for coordination and delivery of care for pregnant women. Additionally, this initiative will generate data to be utilized by NYSDOH to determine if the enhancements or expansion to health information technology (HIT) improves perinatal outcomes in the regions/settings of the four pilots. This project requires a program manager to ensure multiple facets of the data integration projects are completed._ _ The Project Manager will:_ _ -Assist Maternal and Child Health (MCH) leadership with planning, implementation and management of the initiative including oversight of the funded projects. _ _ -Inform MCH leadership of issues and risks._ -Follow NYSDOH project management methodology, including maintaining the project plan, developing status reports, and drafting and obtaining approval of project documents and deliverables._ -Coordinate with project team leads that are managing individual project activities and facilitate cross-team coordination, and identify risks and issues._ - Monitor progress of the pilot projects. _ _ -Assist with administrative functions, including coordinating and overseeing of regularly scheduled meetings with MCH leadership and pilot projects._ -Perform other tasks as necessary for completion of project deliverables.
