NX Modeler

Job Functions: -

Utilize Siemens NX in the development of 3D Models and 2D drawings.

Provide configurations / drawings in NX.

Prepare clear, concise, and accurate drawings, schematics and other design documentation to fulfill requirements defined by Engineering.

Have good understanding in drafting and modeling methodologies.

Creating and/or modifying customer models and drawings.

completing all associated project management activities and following all document processes quickly and efficiently utilize project management tools to execute and close activities on his own.

Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD).

Complete all required documentation both internal and external

Able to interact with customer independently.

Power systems component knowledge an added advantage.

Secondary Job Functions:

Execution within multiple services.

Develop work instructions to ensure repeatability.

Onboarding and Professional Development: collaborate and mentor Team Members.

Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Qualifications_

. BS/AS degree in an Engineering Technology field or related preferred.

Experience in NX version 8.5 and above. 

Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Strong teaming and communication skills Physical Requirements & Work Environment. Mostly Office Environments. Occasional Shop Floor involvement. Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

Heavily Standardized Industry with strict adherence to procedures.

Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM. Occasional visiting at customer site
