We are a successful and growing environmental consulting and remediation firm based in New Jersey, seeking a highly qualified Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in complex site remediation projects and lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, professional environment.
The ideal candidate is a NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental consulting, specifically in remedial investigation, system design, and remediation implementation. This individual will serve as a technical leader, mentor team members, manage projects, and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead and perform remedial site investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation system design and implementation.
Oversee the design, installation, and operation of remedial systems.
Prepare and manage work plans, reports, cost estimates, and operation & maintenance plans.
Conduct cleanup alternative analyses and make informed recommendations.
Provide technical and managerial oversight during field work, system installations, and remediation activities.
Supervise and mentor engineering and technical staff; manage multiple project tasks concurrently.
Maintain client communication and ensure quality deliverables and timely project completion.
Support business development through client relationship building, proposal contributions, and service innovation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) – active license required.
10+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting and remediation with a strong focus on New Jersey regulatory projects.
Deep knowledge of remedial engineering design, environmental regulations, and cleanup processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and judgment skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage tasks and budgets, and deliver high-quality technical work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
Experience with cost estimation and project budgeting.
Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Prior involvement in business development or proposal writing is a plus.
