Responsibilities:

 1. Responsible for planning, organization and operation of institution data centers

2. Directs and prioritizes the work load of infrastructure personnel

 3. Performs salary administration and conducts interviews and makes recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel

4. Directs the development and effective delivery of desktop, server, networks, communications, monitoring and disaster recovery systems

5. Assists in the development of new systems to accommodate the expanding operations of the institution

6. Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions

7. Provide procedures, policies, and technical training to support the institution

8. Perform liaison duties between member, team members, and IT personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting9. Manage information technology vendor relationships

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in computer science or computer information systems. Experience with Microsoft Technologies, Database Administration, Windows / Linux Servers, CISCO Routers and Telco technology. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the organization and customer records at all times.1. Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer information systems or related.2. 10+ years of experience in IT including at least 5 years in management.3. Experience with Microsoft Technologies, Database Administration, Windows / Linux Servers, CISCO Routers and Telco technology.4. Experience moving a data center is strongly preferred.
