Shift Supervisor

The Role:

direct, train, coach and develop hourly team members, including providing and developing plans to complete the daily workloads
monitoring staffing and developing plans to complete the daily workloads
monitoring staffing and performance and making necessary adjustments
communicate company policies, standards, expectation
build and maintain a positive work environment with strong team member relations through effective communication, responsiveness

Requirements:

metal extrusion strong PLUS, but any metal part manufacturing

2+ years supervising

must be hands on and have strong communication skills
