Description:

Hands-on working experience with Kronos workforce management system (timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, etc.) Hands-on working experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll modules. Familiarity with WMATA workforce processes to include knowledge and understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements. Ability to manage matrixed team comprised of Quality analysts, testers, and requirement analysts. Ability to incorporate lessons learned and industry best practices into the project lifecycle. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop metrics to promote continuous process improvement Demonstrated experience using Rational Jazz Application Lifecycle Management Suite is required. Collaborate with Business, Development, and Test teams to ensure consistent utilization of established procedures, standards, and processes throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the business to complete user acceptance testing efforts and act as liaison between project stakeholders and testing team. Experience developing schedules and roadmaps for project activities. Ability to define testing scope for project releases based upon requirements documentation Ability to document, assess and analyze trends to inform project management team of potential risks. Experience leading defect prioritization / change management meetings. Monitor and track progress / status and provide timely status to stakeholders. Document gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop meaningful metrics for measurements for the related project.
