Requirements:Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012/ Active Directory/Azure CloudExperience with Windows OS upgrades and server hardening methodologies

Experience in backup to disk technologies and Cloud integrationExperience in datacenter infrastructure technologies and cloud integration (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)

Demonstrated problem-solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions with rationale to the management. Must have strong electro-mechanical aptitude. Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.Can see hidden problems.Is excellent at honest analysis.Looks beyond the obvious and does not stop at the first answers

Responsibilities:Worker will be dedicated to project work involving multiple projects, starting initially with our Backup Transformation project with the focus of completing tasks on schedule while maintaining adherence to PMO guidelines and procedures.We would like this resource to have experience and skills in backup systems and methodologies, as well as disk array systems.We are currently using EMC Networker and Veeam backup software in coordination with HP 3PAR and ExaGrid disk arrays and would like to migrate into a backup to disk system.Projects may include computer installs, break-fix, and maintenance of agency server/system hardware.Installs, maintains, and upgrades software for both individual computers and larger networked systems.Provide assistance in selection of potential vendors/products to incorporate into the future state architectureTroubleshoots and resolve basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues.Provides superior customer servicePositions will work and support Infrastructure team as needed.Performs other technical duties as assigned. Engagement to include task activities in multiple projects.
