Data entry clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a data entry clerk at TradeStation, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data into our internal systems

- Verify data for completeness and accuracy

- Sort, organize and maintain data in a systematic manner

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Perform data backups to safeguard information

- Keep sensitive information confidential

- Communicate with various departments to clarify data requirements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred

- Previous experience in data entry or related role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Fast and accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Familiarity with financial and trading terminology is a plus
