4 Years working on large scale Business Process Reengineering projects which involved the application of process reengineering methodologies and organizational change management strategies to collect business process requirements used to define and remodel business processes.

 7 Years experience working as the Lead Business Analyst on projects on which s/he utilized recognized business process management methodologies (e.g., elicitation and documenting of business process requirements, business process modeling, As-Is and To-Be workflow development and gap analysis, best business practice research, target environment definition, etc.) to define and analyze current business processes in order to remodel/design new processes and improve on existing ones._ _ 

2 Years experience with developing and analyzing business process and workflow models utilizing an Enterprise Modeling tool (preferably Provision version 6.24 or later).

5 Years experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment._ _ 

4 Years experience with the facilitation of multiple project teams to gather and document business process requirements
