This is a web-based application which will be implemented centrally at client and accessible via the web._ _ The Web Application will be designed such that it will support: Approximately 5,000 concurrent external users and Approximately 150 internal MN-DHS system users._ _ Staff training will be managed by client_ _ Training material will be created with the assistance of the resources (e.g., screen shots, assistance in production of narratives, process flows, etc.)._ _ The system will be built to client technical standards, which comply with Statewide Enterprise Architecture standards._ _ Although the project will be managed on a day-to-day basis using an Agile methodology, the overall project will be governed by standard Statewide Project Management methodologies._ _ All developed code is expected to comply with client's best practices, and is subject to code review as appropriate._ _ The following specific requirements are denoted in the two key areas of WTX/WPS:_ _ Download/upload code updates from/to the client's code repository (SVN - Subversion)._ _ Develop the WTX/WPS application code and integrate to business rules and specifications._ _ Assist in the identification and correction of software defects and inefficiencies. _ _ Produce and run test scripts to ensure deployments are working._ _ Work with testers and subject matter experts to identify code and deployment issues._ _ Utilize log entries to identify problem areas._ _ Identify and recommend specific code changes to client staff._ _ Upload approved code changes to the client's code repository (SVN)._ _ Produce system documentation and conduct knowledge transfer for client's staff.
