Interview Type: In Person Only12 months experience assisting several types of users with Microsoft Outlook.6 months experience assisting several types of users with Microsoft Office products.
3 months experience assisting several types of users with Lotus Notes.1 month experience supporting users with Office 365.
1 month experience supporting users during a migration from one email system to another.
1 month experience supporting users during a migration from Lotus Notes to Outlook.1 month supporting users during a migration to Office 365.6 months experience that involved preparing documentation of solutions to new issues.
Notifications to other help staff, the email administrators, or notices to the user community.6 months experience that involved continuing responsibility for issues that could not be resolved by primary level of help offered.
Consultant will be responsible to work with staff and transfer knowledge to state staff or their other consultants, including written documentation and the following:
Conducting technical training sessions.
Conducting one-on-one technical training.
Developing programming guidelines / standards.Developing coding examples and distributing them to co-workers.Conducting code review and critique.Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for Application Teams.Understand the users view of applications and /or technology and are able to put procedures in a logical sequence.Specific tasks for the Tester include.
Troubleshoot outlook client issues that cannot be determined by level 1 support.
Test to determine if problems are due to migration.
Act as a liaison between users, local administrators and Microsoft help.Prepare user documentation
