Interview Type: Phone/ Skype/ In-Person60 Months of experience with configuring and developing Siebel 8.x applications with Siebel Tools including the Physical user interface (UI) layer, Logical user interface objects layer, Business objects layer, and the data objects layer.

60 Months of experience with writing scripts in Siebel 8.x using the Siebel Tools Script Editor and the Siebel Object Interfaces. 

60 Months of experience with automating business processes through Siebel workflows in Siebel 8.x applications.

36 Months of experience with the OPA Connector for Siebel including integrating Siebel applications to rule-bases deployed to both ODS and OWD, integrating the Decision Report Viewer, and mapping Siebel applications to an OPA rule-base using business object mapping and integration object mapping.

24 Months of experience with Oracle's Siebel CRM Public Sector 8.x.

24 Months of experience with Oracle Policy Automation 9 or greater including Oracle Determinations Engine, Oracle Determinations Server, Oracle Web Determinations, Oracle Interview Portlet, and Oracle Web Determinations Interview Engine.

12 Months of experience in Siebel Open UI Client.

36 Months of experience in system monitoring and performance monitoring and tuning of highly available and interactive Siebel Enterprise Systems in Siebel 8.1 or 8.2.36 Months of hands on experience with installing, designing, developing and deploying enterprise scale Oracle Siebel CRM environments including Siebel Tools and Developer Web Client installation and configuration in Siebel 8.1 and 8.2.Description:-State of New York: Workers Compensation BoardProject: WCB BPR Program Medical Portal Project The Medical Portal will, within 18 months, begin to address the key issues impacting the delivery of benefits and services toinjured workers in New York State, ensuring injured worked have access to quality medical care and receive medical care in atimely manner. The portal will target medical providers, streamlining process and eliminate all paper forms. Current processes to obtain approval for treatments, submit reports, and report on billing are predominately manual and paper based. The portal will implement streamlined processes recommended by the Boards BPR effort and eliminate handling of paper forms. Currently theBoard process of 34 million forms a year at a cost of over $10 million with more than half associated with medical information. It is estimated the portal will save over $5 million in scanning cost per year once the system is fully deployed over a 24 month period.Responsibilities:-Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications in the enterprise Oracle Siebel platform in support of WCBs BPR Program.Analyze, design and configure changes within Siebel to incorporate enhanced Medical Portal functionality.Work with GGC architects and developers to configure and support various Siebel integration points and activities.
