Perform reviews of existing ServiceNow workflows to ensure that they are effective and efficient.Work with IT and the business to create ServiceNow automation workflows.
Review exiting Playbooks to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
Work with IT to create Playbooks.
Provide user training in the use of ServiceNow.
Attend ServiceNow conferences and stay abreast of the latest developments of Service
Now.Be the ServiceNow champion at the financial services institution.
Perform ServiceNow tasks and other projects as requested by Manager, Security Operations.
Primary contact with IT Divisions and business departments using ServiceNow.
Contact with ServiceNow directly and ServiceNow third party support personnel.
