84 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities. Experience must include hands-on use of defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. Experience must include working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts.
84 Months of experience using functional test tools.
60 months hands-on experience recording and scripting automated functional tests. Experience must detail the use of specific automation tools and processes/methods used to create automated tests from manual functional tests.
48 months direct hands-on experience as a Test / QA Lead working on large software development and data migration project(s). Experience must detail team leadership responsibilities.36 Months of experience creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing.
36 Months experience using HP Quick Test Professional (QTP), Mercury, or HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to automate manual functional test scripts.36 Months of experience in using HP Quality Center.24months of experience scripting Performance and Stress tests using HP Load Runner.Description: State of New York: NYS Department of HealthOPMC Case Management System (PMCCMS)Pursuant to Article 2, Title 2-A, Section 230 of the Public Health Law, the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) is responsible for the collection and management of all professional misconduct complaints filed against physicians, physician assistants, and specialist assistants. Throughout the years, a number of computer systems were created to meet the needs of OPMC.As time went on and technologies changed, the systems were unable to be maintained and enhanced to continue to meet the business needs. OPMC is now at a point where a complete redesign of a case management system is necessary to allow OPMC to meet its regulatory requirements and to integrate with other integral computer systems to allow for the most efficient and accurate handling of the complaints.Operating under the direction of the Project Manager:Provide guidelines, reviews and support to developers and business analysts creating unit tests and integrating them into the build cycles. Manage teams performing testing activities, including UI automation, integration testing, performance and scalability testing
Review and provide guidance on the test scope and output of testers performing exploratory testing in development sprints
Facilitate, record and capture information from demos and clinical validations
Create status reporting mechanisms to monitor the status of the above activities
Host integration discussions, with representatives of all test teams, identify and help resolve road blocks
Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each testing phase and final acceptance.
Prepare test protocols and reports which meet regulatory requirements, during the final test cycle
Help keep test processes streamlined for efficiency
Be the primary advocate for the adoption of methodologies which are appropriate for the project.
