Project Manager

As a Project Manager at TradeStation, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for multiple initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

- Collaborate with project team members to identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies

- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership

- Ensure project deliverables meet the defined requirements and quality standards

- Proactively identify and communicate project roadblocks and work with team members to find solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency

- Lead project team meetings, providing clear direction and prioritization to keep the project on track

- Conduct project reviews and create lessons learned to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or technology industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects and delivering results within budget and on time

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- PMP certification or other project management certifications a plus

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
