It requires prior expertise in HP Service Anywhere Plan and manage the ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management Work to manage risks, issues, and scope changes using defined program governance processes Interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders on a regular basis, to ensure transparency Lead the development of project plans, work plans, and resource plans to manage the delivery of the objectives that are aligned with business goals Ensure that quality standards are met, through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables
5+ year experience as a Senior IT Project Manager or IT Program Manager in complex projects
5+ year experience with IT Service Management principles, processes, and methodologies Demonstrated experience rolling out an ITSM program, preferably based on the ITIL framework.
Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
