This role reports to the Web Applications Supervisor and collaborates with designers, projects managers, and IT professionals.
Responsibilities:
Consult with project manager and designers to understand business requirement for application being implemented.
Create milestones and project time line estimates.
Maintain and refine estimates as work is completed in TFS or other ALM tool.
Recording work progress on a daily basis
Documentation develop large scale web/database applications per NCDOT standards with a focus on future system maintainability.
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
