Lead Business Analyst

Description:-

To enhance the well-being of New Yorkers by transforming health and human service delivery through coordinated business practices, modernized technology, and strategic partnerships.

Under the direction of the IES BA/QA Deputy Director, oversee and provide technical advice, guidance and support to the IES Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teams.

Direct the establishment of standards and processes for Business Analysis and Testing, and assist in the selection of methods and tools. _ _ Collaborate with stake holders to identify and establish methods supporting implementation of identified business process improvements and compliance requirements. Lead internal and multi-agency planning sessions. 

Mentor less experience team members (state employees)_ Special assignments as required.
