Extrusion Operator

 Technical/Mechanical Extrusion experience required. Ability to start-up and process Co-Extruder Must be able to perform minor routine maintenance on equipment. Must be able to assist with training of new employees to make sure they are packing parts according to spec sheet and following all company policies. Must be able to accurately gather production numbers and learn to enter data into Work Order system. Verify shift production matches the induction report. Must perform hourly sample checks to verify product meets company quality specifications. Assist Foreman to maximize machine output while minimizing scrap.Job Requirements: Excellent attendance record Must have a good working knowledge of the Extrusion process Good interpersonal skills Mechanical aptitude Ability to be Tow Motor Certified1. Mechanical Extrusion experience.2. Ability to start-up and process Co-Extruder and to perform routine maintenance on equipment.3. Ability to be Tow Motor Certified.4.
