We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and helping to enhance their overall trading experience. Utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve prompt resolution

- Proactively identify and analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure prompt resolution of complex customer issues

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service

- Document customer interactions and any actions taken in our CRM system

- Continuously strive to improve our customer service processes and procedures

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in the financial industry/trading is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

- Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred but not required
