IBM Curam Social Management Platform COTS experience._ Experience implementing Medicaid Eligibility Systems (Medical Assistance) using CƒÂºram_ 4 years of experience as a CƒÂºram Developer Manager or Program Manager._ Oversee Web-based distributed systems Architecture and Design (i.e. Services Director or Program Manager Roles): Design, develop, and implement enterprise level web-based systems, enterprise defined in terms of system scope as well as number of users._ Software Project Lifecycle Management: Effectively implement and utilize modern Web-based software industry standards and best practices and participation in complete software lifecycle from analysis and design through testing and deployment._ Communicate with a broad mix of stakeholders involved in the information technology system replacement projects_ Proven experience overseeing a enterprise class Web applications in CƒÂºram utilizing the Health Care Reform aspects of the software._ Ability to assess current solution, solutions available through other State's efforts and develop the most cost effective and efficient plan._ _ Preferred Certifications:- None required. Responsibilities: -
The Development Manager is responsible for successfully managing a team of Cram software developers who will be meeting various project deliverables. This manager will work with cross-functional teams, as well as project leadership and project managers and Business Analysts.
The Development Manager will at times work with the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS)._ Core capabilities for a Development Manager include ensuring critical decisions are made in a dynamic environment.
