We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software products features.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
-Connect with prospective residents through phone calls,emails, appointments, and follow-up communications.
-Keep accurate records of prospective and current residents, as well as rent and inventory.
-Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any apartment issues that arise.
-Plan fun activities that help build a strong sense of belonging among residents.
-You will listen carefully to discover prospective residents needs, confidently recommend solutions and overcome concerns.
