This position is perfect for someone who is looking to get into the real estate industry and make income while learning. This position will transition to a salary + 8% commission with bonuses. Currently this is a 10% commission only position! This is a partially remote position so you can work from anywhere! All you need is a computer and a phone! Training will take place at our downtown office and then the position can be remote or in office.
Job Description
.Make between 20-60 follow up calls daily to leads who showed
interest in selling their properties.
.Ask Questions to see if they are interested in selling now or
in the future. See if they are in our offer range.
.If they are interested in selling now and are in our offer
range then you would make an offer.
.Update the system with information about the call and set
times to follow up with the leads that aren't interested at
the moment.
This is not a cold calling position! All leads you'll be talking to have been vetted and are interested in selling their properties.
This position is a commissioned part time position with the opportunity to advance and become fulltime with salary + 8% commission and Quarterly bonuses. You'll be receiving an uncapped 10% commission to start on all leads that get converted into contracts.
$1,000 sign on bonus to start!
