We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to help at our office. Receptionist is responsible for general office project support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to help in other areas as needed. The person should be a highly organized, a quick learner, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver with sound judgment.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with and/or manage projects
Maintain inventory catalogs
Run errands as needed
Filing
Assist in management of vendors, routine maintenance schedules and oversee work to ensure completed as needed.
