The Opportunity: Northwestern Settlement is seeking a Director of Operations who will strengthen and improve support areas; ensuring that all services are high quality and meet compliance and contractual expectations to position the organization for its next phase of development. The opportunity at hand will include developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet organization objectives. Additionally, this leader will oversee key operating functions to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity, performance and quality support for our programs.
