Job Responsibilities:
+ Capitalize on sales opportunities with warm-generated company leads which are provided for you
+ Take responsibility for our customer funnel
+ Contract negotiations, customer service, and sales production
+ Industry networking
Is This You? - Qualifications
+ A good understanding of construction/home renovation process
+ Comfortable with CRMs, Excel, and organizational processes
+ A friendly demeanor for our current and future customers
+ Strong closing skills
+ Previous project management or design experiences a plus
+ Sales experience with high ticket items ($10k+)
Compensation
+ Commission + Salary dependent on experience
+ Uncapped Commission
+ The company is rapidly growing, and we anticipate that your salary will increase every year due to our ever-increasing number of projects
+ Room for rapid upward mobility
Other Requirements
+ You will be traveling locally to our lead and customer homes, so reliable transportation is needed
+ Willingness to undergo a background check
