Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for keeping the day to day operations of the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Setting up new clients in the portal

Scanning tax documents

Emailing clients

Calling clients or companies to retrieve information

Simple bookkeeping or data entry

Preparing reports 

Performing other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)

Time management skills

Strong numeracy skills

Keen attention to detail

Background in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject is helpful
