Job responsibilities

Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools;

Assists with accounting/financial tasks as required;

Preparation of financial statements, reports, records, invoices and other documents.

Performing basic accounting tasks;

Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (for example, electronic calendars and 

copiers);

Storing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports;

You are able to assure strict confidentiality of the information provided to you when 

required to;

Overseeing calendar scheduling;

Prepare timely expense reports;

Performs translations (revision/coordination/full translation) as required;

Performs all other related tasks as required.

Skills and qualifications

Ability to multi-task and learn quickly, while being adaptable to change;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines;

Knowledge of English;

Basic Computer & Office Equipment;

Ability to process confidential information;

Ability to adapt to any type of work;

Ability to act with integrity while handling confidential information
