We are looking for people with real passion and enthusiasm for the Real Estates industry to assist in commercialization of our marketing operations as we aim to boost our presence in the current market through quality presentations as well as representation. 



The Company is  looking to hire goal oriented individuals to fill the post of a Real Estate Assistant.





Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:



Preparing forms and documents.

Coordinating as well as assisting at open Houses and obtaining feedback.

Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.

Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.

Managing a client database and preparing reports.

Assisting with closing processes.

Performing other duties as assigned.



This is a Part-time/Full-time position for qualified applicants.
