Looking at our weekly report, we count the percentage of clients that are trending UP (in terms of website traffic from Google and Google search rankings) out of the total number of clients in the report. This percentage should be as high as possible, at least 80% to "pass" this KPI. Why is it important? Our services are intended to create value for our clients. If this does not happen, our clients will cancel services. We need to ensure client projects are improving consistently. If client health is low, it means we're doing something wrong: we may be inefficient in how we do something, we may be using the wrong strategy for our client, or any number of other things.
