| Noroton Presbyterian Child Care (NPCC) of Darien, CT is seeking a dedicated, team-oriented, nurturing teacher and caregiver for a full-time position, primarily in the Infant Room. Job requirements include the ability to 1) provide high quality care to children with attention to health, safety and developmental growth, 2) maintain a dynamic and orderly classroom environment with a variety of learning opportunities, 3) develop partnerships with parents, and 4) work cooperatively with their teaching partner, staff and administration. Our ministry-based program employs the Project Approach; we believe that the foundation to successful learning involves attentive nurturing and active listening. Preferred candidates should have early childhood education experience and coursework. |
