Ride On Bikes is currently seeking a Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering any questions they may have, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, processing transactions, and handling cash and credit card payments. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and restocking products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases, answering any questions they may have about products, services, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, including helping customers with returns or exchanges, resolving customer complaints, and answering customer inquiries.
- Promote Ride On Bikes and our commitment to promoting cycling as a healthy and environmentally friendly mode of transportation and recreation.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking products as needed, and assisting with inventory management.
- Assist customers with repairs and maintenance services, including scheduling appointments and providing cost estimates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cycling products and technologies, and share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
