Based upon some very simple logistic principles, we have begun a program that reaches out into YOUR community to identify individuals that may be interested in either becoming a Home Health Aide or to those who already work as Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Aides or Personal Care Aides. Once a individual is identified, we will arrange a date and time to start onboard process to have the individual complete all necessary paperwork. Once the individual hired, they return back to YOUR community to provide the very necessary health care services.This is a win, win situation in that those in need are provided services and those who are working dont have to pay for a lengthy commute to their assignment; they remain in YOUR community which is familiar and convenient to them. |
