National Builders and Services, Inc.and National Electric & Services, Inc.are general contracting/electrical subcontracting firms based in Los Angeles that have numerous new-construction multi-residential apartment building projects both in Southern and Northern California.

We have three active projects currently at The Bay Area:
City of Milpitas: 2 Projects
City of Fremont: 1 Project
City of Sunnyvale: 1 Project
Our smallest projects consist of at least 100 units each, so it takes anywhere from 1 year-4 years to finish one. 
This being said; we are in need of full-time local experienced electricians, who can dedicate at least 40 hours a week to us and are planning to become a long-term team member to our already-established hard-working crew.

Compensation: Will be discussed at interview based on knowledge and skills

Qualifications include: 
At least one year of experience in the electrical field 
Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals 
Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools 
Having your own vehicle to travel from one job-site to another job-site 
Having your own toolbox
Capable of working both as a team and individual 
Being very Punctual 
Being a fast learner 
Excellent organizational and time management skills 
Attention to detail 
Problem solving and accuracy 
Reliable
